Yes. I am in-network with most plans under Aetna, UHC, UMR.
We accept a limited number of insurance plans to help make therapy more accessible while allowing our therapists to provide personalized, high-quality care.
Coverage and copays vary depending on your specific insurance plan. Before your first appointment, we'll verify your benefits and can provide an estimate of your expected out-of-pocket costs.
Using insurance requires a mental health diagnosis, and your insurance company may determine the type, frequency, or number of sessions they will cover. If maintaining greater privacy or flexibility is important to you, self-pay may be a good option.
If you're unsure whether insurance or self-pay is the best fit, we're happy to help you explore your options.
-
Even if your therapist isn't in-network with your insurance plan, you may still be eligible for out-of-network reimbursement. Upon request, we're happy to provide a superbill that you can submit to your insurance company. Reimbursement varies by plan, so we recommend contacting your insurance provider to learn more about your benefits.

We understand that life happens and schedules sometimes change. If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, you may do so through your Client Portal or by contacting your therapist or our administrative team by phone, email, or secure message.
Appointments canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance will not incur a cancellation fee.
Example: If your appointment is scheduled for Wednesday at 4:00 PM, you'll need to cancel or reschedule before Tuesday at 4:00 PM to avoid a late cancellation fee.
Why We Have This Policy
Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. When appointments are canceled with less than 24 hours' notice, it is often not possible to offer that time to another client who may be waiting for care.
Like many healthcare practices, cancellation fees help us protect time that has been specifically reserved, support the sustainability of our practice, and ensure our therapists can continue providing high-quality care to every client.
This policy is never intended to be punitive. We recognize that unexpected situations arise, and if extenuating circumstances occur, we encourage you to speak with your therapist.
Thank you for respecting our time and the time of others who are seeking care. We are grateful for the opportunity to be part of your journey.
Beyond the Therapy Room
Danielle believes healing doesn't only happen in the therapy room. That's why she founded Soul Care Studio, a nonprofit organization that creates opportunities for reflection, connection, and growth through retreats, workshops, spiritual direction, and community programs. Together, Cultivate Charlotte and Soul Care Studio share a common mission: helping individuals and communities cultivate healing, growth, and wholeness.
