  • Therapy

Major life changes can wreak havoc on emotions. It’s not uncommon to feel heightened feelings like: anxiety, disappointment, grief, frustration, or anger.

You may even find yourself behaving differently: crying a lot, shouting, canceling plans, quitting your job, or eating/health related changes.

What do you do with all of this? Let’s talk about it.

  • Spiritual Direction

Spiritual direction helps cultivate a deeper awareness of God’s presence, movements, and communication in our lives, which promotes spiritual health and healing.

Spiritual direction can be especially supportive during times of decision making and discernment.

Curious to learn more? Let’s talk about it.

    About
“… attention to God leads us out into the open, into a spacious, free life.” Romans 8 (MSG)

Spirtual direction might feel a little like:

    - Inviting someone else to your quiet time
    - Noticing where God has been showing up, and where you’ve maybe missed it
    - Learning new contemplative ways to connect with God
    - Sitting with a spiritual midwife as something new is born in you

Spiritual direction differs from therapy in a few key ways:

    - Focus is on awareness of God in the midst, not on fixing a problem or healing a diagnosis
    - Meet monthly to allow space for God to move

    Self Pay Rates
$50-$75 sliding scale / hour session

    In-person and online availability.

  • Organizations

Healthy teams are built from the inside out. Whether you're leading a church staff, a nonprofit team, or a faith-based organization, your people carry stress, compassion fatigue, and spiritual tension that often go unseen.

I partner with organizations to create space for emotional wellness, spiritual reflection, and sustainable leadership development.

Through tailored consultations, workshops, and retreats, I help teams reconnect with purpose, improve communication, and cultivate a culture of care.

When staff are supported, mission impact deepens. Let’s create rhythms of soul care that help your people, and your organization, thrive.

What People Are Saying

  • Danielle has been an invaluable source of support and guidance for me. She is a gifted listener who has helped me to draw connections and understand myself better through our time together. I believe one of the reasons Danielle is so successful in connecting with her clients is because she has a unique ability to create a safe, judgement free environment to unpack anxiety, stress, grief, and everything else life throws your way. I first started coming to Danielle during a period of uncertainty and change in my life. Danielle helped to provide me with the tools and understanding to successfully navigate through these changes. Danielle was easy to work with and super responsive for any scheduling needs I had. I would highly recommend working with Danielle.
