My Approach
Growing up today brings complex emotional and academic challenges. I provide a safe, engaging space where youth, college students, and families can unpack difficult feelings and build real-life resilience.
My dedication to this work is both professional and deeply personal. As a mother of neurodivergent children, I know firsthand how overwhelming it can be to navigate school and life transitions. I specialize in neurodiversity, youth mental health, and educational advocacy.
I view therapy as a collaborative team effort. I tailor our sessions using a mix of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, mindfulness, Gestalt, and interactive play therapy to help your student uncover their unique strengths and build practical tools for everyday success.

I am an out-of-network provider, and do not accept insurance at this time. However, even if your therapist isn't in-network with your insurance plan, you may still be eligible for out-of-network reimbursement. Upon request, we're happy to provide a superbill that you can submit to your insurance company. Reimbursement varies by plan, so we recommend contacting your insurance provider to learn more about your benefits.

We understand that life happens and schedules sometimes change. If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, you may do so through your Client Portal or by contacting your therapist or our administrative team by phone, email, or secure message.
Appointments canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance will not incur a cancellation fee.
Example: If your appointment is scheduled for Wednesday at 4:00 PM, you'll need to cancel or reschedule before Tuesday at 4:00 PM to avoid a late cancellation fee.
Why We Have This Policy
Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. When appointments are canceled with less than 24 hours' notice, it is often not possible to offer that time to another client who may be waiting for care.
Like many healthcare practices, cancellation fees help us protect time that has been specifically reserved, support the sustainability of our practice, and ensure our therapists can continue providing high-quality care to every client.
This policy is never intended to be punitive. We recognize that unexpected situations arise, and if extenuating circumstances occur, we encourage you to speak with your therapist.
Thank you for respecting our time and the time of others who are seeking care. We are grateful for the opportunity to be part of your journey.
