This fall we are reading David Benner’s book, The Gift of Being Yourself. Join us for an embodied and experiential group guided by Benner’s invitation to know and love God by knowing and loving self. We’ll spend 8 weeks in August-October diving into this transformative book, looking for sacred invitations, and growing in self-compassion and connection.
