I have 14+ years of experience as a Clinical Mental Health Counselor. My experience includes providing therapy for women at a local detention center, working with children, families, and terminal patients at a regional hospice, as a day treatment clinician with children and adolescents, and most recently as therapist for adults in private practice.
I have a special interest in helping women who have always been ‘the strong one’ and now find themselves overwhelmed, untethered, and unsure of who they are after a major life shift: relationship change, career (loss or promotion), death of a loved one, a new baby, etc.
Together we process loss, reduce anxiety, strengthen emotional resilience, and rebuild self-trust so they can move forward grounded and confident in who they are becoming.

“Sometimes it’s nice to login to therapy from the comfort of your home. Sometimes that in-person-support feels better.
I get it. I offer virtual and in-person appointments for your convenience and preference.”
