I have 13+ years of experience as a Clinical Mental Health Counselor. My experience includes providing therapy for women at a local detention center, working with children, families, and terminal patients at a regional hospice, as a day treatment clinician with children and adolescents, and most recently as therapist for adults in private practice.
I have received special training in TF-CBT, Mindfulness, Subtle Yoga, Holy Yoga, Spiritual Direction, and CBTs for Anxiety and OCD.
I have a special interest in working with women who are integrating spirituality into their therapeutic work. My work utilizes many different approaches that I personalized to each client’s needs and goals, often including a heavy focus on self-compassion, practical applications, and faith-forward conversation.

“Sometimes it’s nice to login to therapy from the comfort of your home. Sometimes that in-person-support feels better.
I get it. I offer virtual and in-person appointments for your convenience and preference.”
