The Heart of A Mother: A Morning Mini Retreat (May 15)

$100.00

REGISTRATION COMING SOON: Email elyse@nurturecounseling.net to be added to the waitlist, and you’ll be notified first when registration opens.

Friday, May 15, 9:30 am–12:00 pm

Limited to 16 women

Many of us are called to mother. All of us need a good mother.

Join Danielle Hughes (local counselor, spiritual director, and all-around good human) and Wendy Osborn (local counselor and cohost for the Surviving Saturdays podcast) for a short morning pause during one of the busiest months of the year. Scheduled for the Friday morning following Mother’s Day, this mini retreat invites us to consider what it means to both give and receive the love of a good mother.

Over scrumptious snacks, festive drinks, and alongside spring bouquets, we’ll gather to converse with a few other women about what it means to be a nurturer in this often-lonely world. You’ll also have the opportunity to engage in expressive arts activities (alone or with a group) and complete private journaling prompts, all aimed at exploring both sides of the mothering equation.
